1. Scope of Services **AK Living Solutions** (a division of **AK Group of Businesses**) provides residential and commercial cleaning, home shifting & relocation support, garden cleaning & maintenance, and additional property maintenance services in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.

2. Bookings, Quotations & Scheduling - Submitting an online enquiry generates a reference ID and initiates a consultation; final scheduling is confirmed by our coordinator based on slot availability and scope assessment. - Service estimates depend on property size, condition, floor/lift access, and specific inclusions agreed upon prior to commencement.

3. Additional Property Maintenance Services Services under the **Additional Property Maintenance** category (including Plumbing Assistance, Electrical Maintenance, Water Tank Cleaning, AC Servicing Coordination, Pest Control Coordination, Apartment Maintenance, and Commercial Property Maintenance) are provided **only when qualified technicians or authorised service partners are arranged** for the specific requirement and schedule.

4. Customer Responsibilities - Customers are requested to secure personal valuables, cash, jewellery, and sensitive documents prior to the arrival of cleaning, shifting, or maintenance crews. - Adequate water and electricity supply at the property is required for executing cleaning, scrubbing, and maintenance tasks.

5. Rescheduling & Cancellations Please notify our coordination team at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed service slot.
